1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use Pickle. By using the site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. User-generated content

All videos are uploaded by users. By uploading, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the creator or are authorized to distribute the content; (b) every person depicted is at least 18 years old and has consented to the recording and to its publication on this site; and (c) you have collected and can produce, on request, valid age and consent documentation for each performer as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable law.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, bestiality, or any content that is illegal in the jurisdictions in which the site operates. All uploads are subject to human review before publication and may be removed at any time.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Content depicting minors or lacking consent is reported to the appropriate authorities.
